    自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)使用時(shí)的注意事項

    自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)是用來(lái)運送混凝土的專(zhuān)用卡車(chē)，在對它進(jìn)行操作的時(shí)候需要注意一些問(wèn)題，才能發(fā)揮它應有的功能，接下來(lái)就給大家介紹一下它在操作時(shí)的注意事項。
    The automatic loading mixer truck is a special truck used to transport concrete. When it is operated, some problems need to be paid attention to in order to play its due functions. Next, we will introduce its precautions in operation.
    1、自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)在水泵工作時(shí)，禁止空轉，連續使用時(shí)不要超過(guò)15分鐘。
    1. When the water pump of the automatic feeding mixer works, it is forbidden to idle, and it shall not be more than 15 minutes in continuous use.
    2、起動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)之前，應把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。
    2. Before starting the mixer, place the operating handle of the mixing drum in the "stop" position.
    3、攪拌車(chē)起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機后，應使攪拌筒在低速下轉動(dòng)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。
    3. After the mixer starts the engine, the mixing drum shall be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise above 20 ℃ before operation.
    4、自動(dòng)攪拌車(chē)在露天停放時(shí)，裝料前應將攪拌筒反轉，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質(zhì)量。
    4. When the automatic loading mixer is parked in the open air, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading, and the accumulated water and sundries shall be discharged to ensure the quality of concrete.
    5、攪拌車(chē)在運輸混凝土時(shí)，要保證滑斗放置牢固，防止因松動(dòng)造成擺動(dòng)，在行進(jìn)中打傷行人或影響其它車(chē)輛正常運行。
    5. When transporting concrete, the mixer truck shall ensure that the sliding bucket is placed firmly to prevent swinging caused by looseness, hurting pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles in the process of moving.
    6、攪拌車(chē)裝運攪拌好的混凝土時(shí)，攪拌筒轉速為2-10轉/分，在運輸過(guò)程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行駛在側傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應停止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再恢復攪拌旋轉。
    6. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the rotating speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the rotating speed of the mixing drum is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm on the flat road surface. When driving on the road surface with a slope greater than 50, or the road surface with a large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation shall be stopped and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road condition is improved.
    7、混凝土攪拌車(chē)出料完畢，應立即用隨車(chē)的軟管放水將進(jìn)料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結在車(chē)身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，再向攪拌筒內注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉動(dòng)，以清洗內壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉上，并在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。
    7. After the concrete mixer is discharged, immediately flush the inlet, outlet hopper, discharge chute and other parts with the hose attached to the mixer, remove the dirt and residual concrete stuck on the vehicle body, and then fill the mixer with 150-200l clean water. On the way back, let the mixer rotate slowly to clean the inner wall and avoid the residual slag attached to the wall and mixing blade Drain the water before loading again.
    8、混凝土自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)攪拌站規定的時(shí)間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長(cháng)時(shí)間停轉，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現象。司機應時(shí)常觀(guān)察混凝土情況，發(fā)現異常及時(shí)通報調度室，申請做出處理。
    8. The delivery time of concrete by the automatic concrete loading mixer shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing plant. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregation. The driver shall often observe the concrete condition, timely report to the dispatching room in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.
    9、攪拌車(chē)車(chē)內裝有混凝土時(shí)，在現場(chǎng)停滯時(shí)間不得超過(guò)1小時(shí)，如超時(shí)應立即要求現場(chǎng)負責人給予及時(shí)處理。
    9. When the mixer truck is equipped with concrete, the dead time at the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If it exceeds the time limit, the person in charge of the site shall be required to deal with it in time.
    10、攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時(shí)不得超過(guò)2小時(shí)就需要排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時(shí)，不得超過(guò)2.5小時(shí)。
    10. The slump of concrete transported by mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. From the time when the concrete is put into the tank to the time when it is discharged, it shall not be discharged for more than 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not be discharged for more than 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy days.
    11、自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒在10-12轉/分的轉速下轉動(dòng)1分鐘，再進(jìn)行排料。
    11. Before discharging the concrete, the automatic loading mixer shall rotate the mixing drum at the speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 minute before discharging.
    12、混凝土攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土時(shí)，發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速在1000-1400轉/分范圍內工作，以使發(fā)動(dòng)機有較大扭距，在運送混凝土過(guò)程中，車(chē)速不得超過(guò)40km/h，以保行車(chē)。
    12. When the concrete mixer transports the concrete, the engine speed shall be within the range of 1000-1400 rpm, so as to make the engine have a larger torque. In the process of transporting the concrete, the speed shall not exceed 40km / h, so as to ensure the driving safety.
    13、混凝土自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)水箱的水量要經(jīng)常保持裝滿(mǎn)，以備急用，冬季停機后，應將水箱、水泵、水管、攪拌筒內的水放凈，并停放在朝陽(yáng)、不積水的地方，以免凍壞機械。
    13. The water volume of the water tank of the automatic concrete loading mixer shall always be kept full for emergency use. After the mixer stops in winter, the water in the water tank, water pump, water pipe and mixing drum shall be discharged completely, and the mixer shall be parked in the place where there is no water in the morning, so as not to freeze the machinery.
    14、攪拌車(chē)工作完畢，應把攪拌筒內部和車(chē)身清洗干凈，不能使剩余的混凝土留在筒內。
    14. After the mixer is completed, the interior and body of the mixing drum shall be cleaned, and the remaining concrete shall not be left in the drum.
    15、在冬季應及時(shí)安裝保溫套，并使用防凍液對它加以保護，根據天氣變化更換燃油標號，確保機械的正常使用。
    15. In winter, the insulation sleeve shall be installed in time, and it shall be protected with antifreeze, and the fuel grade shall be changed according to the weather change to ensure the normal use of the machine.
    16、在檢查、修理攪拌車(chē)液壓傳動(dòng)部分時(shí)，應使發(fā)動(dòng)機和液壓泵在沒(méi)有壓力的情況下進(jìn)行。
    16. When checking and repairing the hydraulic drive part of the mixer, the engine and hydraulic pump shall be operated without pressure.
    17、在調整混凝土攪拌車(chē)各部間隙、行程、壓力時(shí)，應由專(zhuān)職員檢查同意；更換機件時(shí)，須由部長(cháng)或主管經(jīng)理簽字，否則出現問(wèn)題后追究有關(guān)人員責任。
    17. When adjusting the clearance, stroke and pressure of each part of the concrete mixer, the full-time safety officer shall check and approve; when replacing the parts, the director or the manager in charge shall sign, otherwise, the relevant personnel shall be investigated for responsibility.
