    1、在起動(dòng)自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)之前，應把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。
    1. Before starting the automatic feeding cement mixer, put the operating handle of the mixing drum at the "stop" position.
    2、自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機后，應使攪拌筒在低速下轉動(dòng)10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。
    2. After the engine of the automatic feeding cement mixer is started, the mixing drum shall be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise to above 20 ℃ before operation.
    3、自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)在運輸混凝土時(shí)，要保證滑斗放置牢固，防止因松動(dòng)造成擺動(dòng)，在行進(jìn)中打傷行人或影響其它車(chē)輛正常運行。
    3. When transporting concrete, the automatic loading cement mixer shall ensure that the sliding bucket is firmly placed to prevent swinging due to looseness, injuring pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.
    5、自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)裝運攪拌好的混凝土時(shí)，攪拌筒轉速為2-10轉/分，在運輸過(guò)程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行駛在側傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動(dòng)較大的路面時(shí)，應停止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再恢復攪拌旋轉。
    5. When the automatic loading cement mixer truck is used to transport the mixed concrete, the rotating speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the rotating speed of the mixing drum on the flat road shall be guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm. When driving on the road with a side slope greater than 50, or the road with a large shake from left to right, the mixing rotation shall be stopped, and the mixing rotation shall be resumed after the road conditions improve.
    6、自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土的時(shí)間不能超過(guò)攪拌站規定的時(shí)間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長(cháng)時(shí)間停轉，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現象。司機應時(shí)常觀(guān)察混凝土情況，發(fā)現異常及時(shí)通報調度室，申請做出處理。
    6. The time for automatic loading cement mixer to transport concrete shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver shall always observe the concrete condition, report to the dispatching room in time in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.
    7、自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時(shí)不得超過(guò)2小時(shí)排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時(shí)，不得超過(guò)2.5小時(shí)。
    7. The slump of concrete transported by automatic feeding mixer shall not be less than 8cm. From the time of concrete entering the tank to discharging, it shall not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy days.
    8、自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒在10-12轉/分的轉速下轉動(dòng)1分鐘，再進(jìn)行排料。
    8. Before discharging the concrete, the automatic loading cement mixer shall rotate the mixing drum for 1 minute at the speed of 10-12 rpm before discharging.
    9、出料完畢后，應立即用隨車(chē)的軟管放水將進(jìn)料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結在車(chē)身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，再向攪拌筒內注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉動(dòng)，以清洗內壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉上，并在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。
    9. After discharging, immediately flush the feeding inlet, discharge hopper, discharge chute and other parts with the hose attached to the vehicle, drain the dirt and residual concrete bonded to the vehicle body, and then inject 150-200L clean water into the mixing drum. On the way back, let the mixing drum rotate slowly to clean the inner wall to avoid the residual slag adhering to the drum wall and mixing blade, and drain the water before re loading.
    10、自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)運送混凝土時(shí)，發(fā)動(dòng)機轉速在1000-1400轉/分范圍內工作，以使發(fā)動(dòng)機有大扭距，在運送混凝土過(guò)程中，車(chē)速不得超過(guò)40km/h，以保行車(chē)。
    10. When the automatic feeding cement mixer is used to transport concrete, the engine speed shall be within the range of 1000-1400 rpm to make the engine have a large torque. During the concrete transportation, the speed shall not exceed 40km/h to ensure driving.
    11、自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)在水泵工作時(shí)，禁止空轉，連續使用時(shí)不要超過(guò)15分鐘。
    11. When the water pump of the automatic feeding cement mixer is working, it is prohibited to idle, and the continuous use shall not exceed 15 minutes.
    另外，自上料混凝土攪拌車(chē)廠(chǎng)家提醒大家在自動(dòng)上料水泥攪拌車(chē)工作完畢后，應及時(shí)把攪拌筒內部和車(chē)身清洗干凈，不能使剩余的混凝土留在筒內哦。
